Surviving & No Pictures For Now

Well, things have been a little crazy around here. As always, I guess! I've started teaching piano again. Kimball is deciding that he prefers a bottle, which has its ups and downs. I've discovered that I get really anxious when he cries -- after all, that's what babies' cries are designed to do -- but I'm trying to figure out how to be patient with the other kids when he's screaming his head off.

In happier news, Kimball has been going to bed most nights at about 7:30 -- hurray!! That means the Mom is feeling like she can make it through another week. And Parker has been SO helpful lately! I don't know what's gotten into that kid, but he has been so sweet to Stewart and Kimball, and the other day he even tried to help Paige potty train! Sometimes the helpfulness is more an idea than practical application, unfortunately, because he didn't know she had a stinky diaper on... oh, well. It's the thought that counts, the little sweetheart!

On a final note, there will be no pictures until we find the battery charger for our camera. The last time I saw it, I thought, "Boy, I should put that in the computer armoire so I don't forget where it is." Yeah, oops. Someday you'll all see the picture of Paige's fat lip, some happier Kimball pictures, and fun Christmas sledding.

Thanks for the update! I'm sorry/happy about Kimball, I'm excited about Parker, and I'm hopeful for Paige!

But you guys should call us to do a webcam session sometime! I've been really sad that we haven't seen Kimball in so long!!

I've noticed Parker being a nice guy of late. He was lying on the floor playing with a toy car last night after dinner and accidentally kicked my feet. "Oh, sorry," he said. (Wow.)
