Stewart's Talk this Sunday

Moroni was a prophet who lived long ago. He was a leader of a bunch of Nephites in a big war against the Lamanites. Heavenly Father couldn't help anybody in the war because the people were so wicked -- but not Moroni! He had a special job to keep the golden plates safe, so he buried them in the Hill Cumorah.

Moroni followed Jesus Christ's example of obedience. He was so faithful that he got to be the angel that told Joseph Smith where to find the golden plates.

I can follow Jesus Christ by being obedient, too! I am obedient when I put my dirty clothes in the laundry basket and when I get my pajamas on fast at bedtime.

Testimony.

Love that talk! And I can tell you from personal experiences that Patty likes it when I put my dirty clothes in the basket all by myself.

Do you have a trick for this? All my kids want to do is read (with pictures) from the "Book of Mormon Stories" book and say "amen". Sit down. Done.
Totally not as cool as your kids.
Although they laughed pretty hard when I told them about Parker's (?) talk that included Star Wars.
