So... a lot of people out in blogland have posted the recap of their 2010 projects. Unfortunately, I don't have that going on yet. BUT... I do have pictures of two fun projects that I completed recently. Here's the first one:
This is a table runner I made for Brooke & Scott for Christmas. I think it's so cute! I've really been on a quilting kick lately, and it was a fun project. The second:
I LOVE this pillow! I actually got the idea from my Better Homes and Gardens magazine, which is sad because I was going to enter it into a craft contest (the winner got a NEW SEWING MACHINE!!!), but realized too late that it would be copying. BUT... I'm totally not sad that I made it! I used Steam-a-Seam Lite, then zigzagged the letters on, and I am in LOVE with doing that -- be forwarned, I will totally be doing that a lot in the future!

I <3 the pillow!!! (in case it doesn't look like a heart, that's what it's supposed to be.....) That does look way cute. What is this Steam a Seam...? That sounds really handy...
It's nice to have a hobby, especially one that produces things that are useful. Nice stuff!
