One day my Mom took me to Ty Keyser’s baptism. I felt warm. That was feeling the Holy Ghost!
It’s great that you get your sins washed away. Sins are bad choices that make it so you don’t go to Heavenly Father. If you repent, then when you get baptized they get thrown away because of Jesus Christ’s Atonement. Getting baptized is one way to choose the right.
