Back in the saddle again...

Well, one thing's for sure -- we've had plenty of interest in our house!  That's looking on the bright side, I guess.  We had so many showings for our house, and most of the feedback was pretty positive.  In fact, most of the time they said it showed great -- which makes me feel like a proud mama! :)

And... we sold it again.  We're starting to feel like maybe this time is for sure.  I was afraid I'd jinx it again!  But we have a really good feeling this time, a feeling we didn't really have the first time, that things are going to work out.  What I mean to say is, there was always something pulling me back from actually packing those boxes last time, and I didn't really have a reason, just a feeling that we should wait until a certain time.  When that "certain time" came, we knew by then that the contract was falling through.  This time, however, we feel like we could pack up the day after tomorrow -- because we need to show it one last time for an inspection -- and we could pack up pretty much everything!  Except clothes.  And cleaning products.  And towels.  Oh, well -- there will still be plenty to pack up when we get closer to our end date, but what I'm trying to say is that this time feels for real.  We're hoping!
