So, we've been sick since February 7. The whole family. The good news is, everyone feels a ton better. The bad news? I'm the only one showing any symptoms. And my symptoms are... unusual.
Last week, I went to the doctor because my right ear HURT like crazy. And I couldn't hear at all out that ear. He said it was most likely caused by a sinus infection that had settled in my ear, gave me an antibiotic, and I was on my way. I started hearing the very next day, but yesterday I started not hearing quite as well, and then today I'm better in that respect. However, I just blew my nose, and got dizzy! So dizzy that I almost fell over. I actually had to crouch down by the floor and wait for the dizzy spell to pass. I guess it's because the fluid is all goofed up in my inner ear. This is serious! What if I'm holding Kimball and I get all dizzy again! What if I actually fall over and hit my head! Does this mean that Joel's coming home and I can take an afternoon break?
Nope. Joel says to sit down when I blow my nose.

Sorry to hear of your dizzy blonde problem, I mean, sorry about the vertigo! No fun at all. And speaking of temple mints--where did ALL of those disappear to? Thanks, Natalie, for making them--they were delicious and beautiful!
I've found that if I open the window when I blow my nose, it helps a lot. Otherwise it shatters (nyuk, nyuk). Infections in the inner ear are no fun. This too will pass.
That's weird, today my left ear feels plugged, it's a weird feeling. Maybe someone put those bugs in our ears from Star Trek II. Yikes!
