I don't usually check blogs of people I know personally. I kind of figure they'll tell me the important stuff, right? So, the blogs I follow are mostly:
1) decorating/organization blogs
2) sewing blogs
3) craft blogs
So... the following two links have nothing to do with those types of blogs (although one is technically a scrapbooking blog, but the post included is nothing like that), but I thought they were totally worth a look. They were both funny and thought-provoking -- for me, at least!

That first one is so true-to-life. I loved it! The second one . . . well, I never voted for Huntsman (the crowd gasps).
