Yesterday, Parker & I canned pear jelly. Last fall, after I was sick of canning pears I just juiced some and then froze the juice for later. Well, it's later, I guess! It didn't take too long, we were completely out of our jam/jelly supply, and it was something fun to do during the winter. I think we'll maybe make this a tradition. Plus, it was really tasty, so hurray!
