I have to admit, I was convinced by the smaller picture, but when I clicked on it, enlarging the view, I laughed sooo hard! He's just a classic boy with a filthy, friendly, happy smile. What a cutie!
What a hoot! As I looked again at the enlargement of the picture, I noticed the book title next to our precious Stewart: "Love and Logic: Magic for Early Childhood." The look on his face (not to mention the smears) says it all!
Oh my friend, I don't think your eyes need to be checked. It's funny how a child's perspective of "clean" is so different from a mom's (yes, I only said mom - dad's have a whole view of their own too). How funny.

Ah, Stewart! I love it...
Looks....good...to...me.... :) I wonder how he looked BEFORE he "washed his face," that's what I'm curious about!
Washed and smeared mean the same thing to little boys.

That is hilarious! That grin is so Joel!
