And I finally went to the Utah Valley PARADE OF HOMES! This was something I have always wanted to do, and I loved every minute of it -- just ask Joel, I was so crazy about it I went out to look at houses FIVE times! I got to see all but 4 homes, so I think I did pretty good -- especially considering I went to one home three times. *sigh* It was my favorite, and one of the things I loved most about it was that it was so much like our house! Only bigger, of course -- about twice as big, not including the unfinished basement. But the layout was great, and it was so open and fresh and airy -- all words I'd love someone to use when describing my house (we're working on it!).

I *LOVE* a Parade!
Yep, I do love me a good parade. Paige was in her first parade with the cheerleading group (our local HS puts on a cheer camp for the first 2 weeks of summer as a fundraiser) for Art City Days, and I rode along with her.

I marched in the Art City parade when I was 9! Good times!
Ah, THAT'S why Paige was showing us cheer moves! I don't like parades myself, but probably Parade of Homes doesn't count as the kind I don't like :-)
That house is just your current house on steroids, huh? Remember, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house.
By the way, I see Paige on the float, but who is the good-lookin' chick in the sunglasses?
I. Love. A. Parade! Good job, Paige!
