At 11:11:11 on 11-11-11, we went on a pirate treasure hunt!It was Kimball's birthday party -- the first 3-year-old party I've ever done, and the only reason we did it at all was because it was such an epic birthday. We had so much fun! Of course, Paige was there, and our cousins "J" & "M" came, and three of Kimball's little friends from the neighborhood, Jack, John, and Brady. We first decorated our pirate treasure sacks (brown paper bags with a Jolly Roger on the front), then we went on our pirate treasure hunt. We had cupcakes, and pushed the couches together for a pirate ship, complete with broomstick mast, and we read pirate stories until the moms came to get their kids. And nary a picture was taken!!! Oh, well -- we had a ton of fun, and it made for a great birthday for Kimball!

That seemed like a lot more fun than where I was... I was at work. Hooray for Kimball!
Awww, he loved that party! I was probably at home at that time, I really don't remember ;/
