I don't want to jinx it...

... but we have another buyer for our house!

We are pretty excited to get this process underway again.  We are hoping to have paperwork done by the end of next week (on our new house, as well as on this house), then we have to forward address information and box up all our pretty little things.  I'm so excited to clear out that storage unit and add $70 to my monthly budget! :)
